Sunday: Fun C2 event with an emphasis on family entries. Prizes for first C2 crews made up of an adult and either a J8, J10, J12, J14 in the front. You can enter as prem/3 or div 4. Entries will be taken on the day, please enter before 10:00am on the Sunday.

On the day entries will be accepted until 10am both days, payment can be made with cash or card.

There are major works taking place on the roundabout to the west of the site. On the first day (today) it produced a 10 mile tailback westbound, which goes past the whitewater centre.

Extra, extra! Following the slalom competition there will be a river race. It is free to enter, and open to all slalom entrants. Just turn up on the startline wearing your slalom bib. It will be a mass start, out and back race over a total distance of approx 2 miles/3km. There will be a prize for the first back.

Saturday: Div 3/4 and Scottish Schools K1M & K1W.

Sunday: Div 3/4 and Scottish Schools C1 & C2.

If you are racing in Division 3 or Division 4, your entry will be automatically included in the Scottish Schools, Colleges a race at no extra cost. Please enter your school in the field when prompted. 

If you are in Division 2 or above, and wish to compete for your school, please enter the Schools Event. Please enter your school in the field when prompted.

C2 entries are very much encouraged! For the Scottish Schools competition on Sunday, you can have just two C2 runs: either two runs with the same partner or one with a Club partner and one with a School partner. Please enter one or two C2 boats in the usual way.

There will be team runs after individual runs on Saturday. Coaches will put the teams together.

Entries can be added on the day up to 10am.

A £1 site fee per paddler per day is payable to support the maintenance and repair of the Alva facilities; this will be charged as a "launch fee" at checkout. 

There is space for camping/motorhomes in the field on Friday and Saturday at a charge of £5 per tent/van per night – no need to book. There are also a few EHU places, charged at an additional £5 per night – booking advisable – please just send us an email at crcats.events@gmail.com.
